TSA are a planning consultancy comprising 4 men and 4 women and this balance exists at all levels of seniority. Seeking diversity is conscious at TSA and the team brings together different personalities from across NI and GB. Some members of the team have worked in previous roles in GB and ROI. A number of the team members have also worked in previous roles within the council (both in NI and GB) before joining a private firm so this brings a welcome dynamic to the team when seeking to work with the planners and council officials in the team's day to day role. In 2022 TSA undertook over 250 projects - including residential, office, leisure, PBSA, renewables and retail developments of varying scale and scope
